Ok, I'm getting air conditioning in my '67 mustang, as I've already posted about. My question is
"Did the '67 year offer factory a/c?"
and
"Did the dealers offer a/c as a dealer option?"
I think the answer to both of these is yes, but I'm not sure. If so, what did the a/c look like? in-dash, under-dash, non existant?

yes on both
factory installed ac is in the dash
dealer installed ac is similar to the 66 model- under dash.

Check out the 50plus 67's on ebay and you will see what factory in dash units look like.

I've heard of vintage air and classic auto air, any opinions of those companies/kits?

I just installed a Vintage Air system in my 65. It could be made to look more factory in a 67, 'cause in dash vents were a factory option. The 65-66 kit has the cheap plastic add on under dash vents. Not sure about the 67 kit. It's a R134 system and it blows very cold. The installation instructions could have been more detailed. The fit of some of the parts was not good. Some minor fabrication on the blower switch assembly was required. It took me a weekend, but I was taking my time and I already had my old heater out.
