So.... got the car back together.
From pavement to wheel well, the back is 25" Unfortunately the front is 27"
I've got 4.5 leaf reverse eyes on the back (Thought they were standard, but put them on anyway) I like the look of the car with a 26" Hoosier and the lowered rear.
Now I need to make the front match. This car is a weekend warrior, and it's got longtubes (3'' of clearance currently) and a Canton deep pan.
I want something that is good for drag (6cyl w/ air?) but also stiff enough so it won't bottom out all the time. I don't take speed bumps, and I rarely hit dips, but I don't want something that over small hills will kill me.
Also, while I'm at it I figure it'd be smart to lower the uppers at the same time. One inch lower on a 70 right?
So, I want my 25" up front and I want something good for weight transfer. Let me know what you think.
