Need Fuel System Suggestions. Going 347 Carb'd in 89 5.0

I'm converting my 89 5.0 EFI to a 347 Stroker Carbd.

I know I need to do away with the EFI pump and small 5/16" fuel line. I don't feel like spending $2-300 on a system when I know it can be done for 1/2 that. :?

I'm leaning towards a Holley Blue pump/regulator combo, but I'm not certain which way to go for the fuel line/fittings.

Would regular rubber fuel lines work ok ?

CHEAP ideas ??
