Just as the title says. I am tired of cheap lights in my bumper that have cracked and pitted lenses after a year (or less). Ready to invest in some good lights. What have you had good luck with that will fit in the GT bumper cover in the factory hole?

Still need a housing to put them in. My car didn't have the GT fog lights when I bought it so I have been through 4-5 different sets of cheap driving lights over the past 4 years. I finally decided to get a good set (Hella, Piaa, etc). But I don't know what fits and what actually lasts. I would hate to spend $100 on lights to have broken lenses in a year from now.

I wouldn't typically recommend an HID "kit" for our cars (without retrofitting a projector), but with the factory housings down so low and recessed into the bumper, an 893 rebased HID bulb may work without producing hot spots and glare. I did a quick search on here and came up with this kit, as a possible option. I have no personal experience with the vendor, it was just to give a general idea after I came across a thread about their HID kits in 4.6 Tech. A 4300K bulb would produce a nice, white light, and would probably be brighter than the headlights.
