It has brand new plugs, wires, and coil packs. Fuel filter is fairly new and the MAF and IAT sensors were cleaned with dielectric cleaner. Another symptom is, under WOT at lower RPM, it has a repetitive hesitation, almost like a misfire.
I'm assuming it's fuel-line related. Should I start with injectors, filter, pump?
