Need Help - Eletrical Issues

Ok so im here losing my mind cause im about thisclose on selling my car right now.

Ive been having battery issues. At first I thought I had a short come to find out I dont.

Reasoning is once I shut the car off theres a this humming sound coming from the rear of my car. Whatever this is is making my battery drain. Was told that it could possibly be the fuel pump staying on.


this is what I was told

humming noise from back of the car,sounds like your fuel pump may be stuck on......a bad ccrm might do this,along with a bad ground to the ignition relay at the ccrm.First thing you should do when you turn your car off and you hear the humming,is to pull the ignition switch fuse,if that doesn't stop it,try lookin for the fuel pump relay/fuse,and pull that one,this will kill all power to the pump

A. wheres the ccrm and ignition switch located at?

Second today when I started my car my interior light and door chime started going off and stayed on while i was driving to work and same coming back. which was very annoying.

I dunno what else to do. so if someone can tell me where these things are and any other suggestions would be awesome cause like I stated im very close to just saying fudge and sell the car.

what year car do you have? is it an '00? if so, try the mod forum.

FP can stay on (on foxes) from a bad (latched) FP relay or if the EEC relay latches.
