Need help fast

Imstalled new BBK plenum.Started the car and RPM's went through the roof? Any ideas?

Have you checked your vacuum hoses? You may have one off or swapped.

This may not be the same thing, but this is what my problem was. I mixed up #1 and #2. Idle was high all the time. I put on hose clamps on everything and was checking for leaks everywhere. Then just sat back and looked at it and realized what I did.

Yes fellas I mixed up one and two. The RPMs go through the roof and if you give it gas thinking it will settle, it wont. It will get stuck at a higher RPM.
