Could be a freeze plug

Look below the 'S' in SVO on my cyclinder head. The large circle is a freeze plug and there is one on both sides of each head.

You need to remove it and replace with a new freeze plug.
I doubt it would be worth the hassle of trying to do with the head on the engine.
Best way is to remove the head and put in a new plug.

You could try some form of Stop Leak. It is like a salt shaker full of aluminum shards that you buy from any auto parts store. You pour the shards into the radiator and hope that the shards find their way to the leak and clog the opening.

Or, if you are OLD SCHOOL you would use a full pepper shaker and pour that into the radiator. It is what we did back in the day before the fancy aluminum shards came out in the auto part stores.
