I have a 2000 gt, 5-speed. About 6 or so months ago the speedo needle started to bounce around every now and then, then finally quit working all together. All of the gages work when I use the instrument clusters test function. Occasionally while driving and hitting a bump, the needle will bounce around my current speed but falls back down to the stop. I just installed a new oss today but that didn't seem to fix anything. Odometer still works as I accumlate a small amount from the random jumps of the needle. Any help is appreciated as I'm not sure what to do short of getting a new instrument cluster.
