Need help front control arm bushing problem.

Well i ordered the E.S. front control arm bushing. Question is I cant get the old metal sleeves out of the control arms. Does anyone no how to get the old ones out?

You be in need of a press. You can also try sticking the A arm in the oven to heat it up.
