Need help identifying engine block and heads

The spider, dog bones and roller lifters look factory. The roller tip stamped rockers and plug angles look like the heads should have three bars on the ends. I do not see the bars on the ends of the heads.

The 8K27 in the head should have a letter before it go be a Ford part number. And many from the era of what the block looks like have a thermactor port (or plug) in the ends of the heads. Are the heads iron?
Do I you have any more history on this long block?

Here are some E7 heads. I see the thermactor plug in another picture. I should not have made it difficult.

How bad was the compression? Someone dumped money into that at some point, Its a late model block and E7 heads, prob .030 if the spent money on glyptal paint and a stud conversion. Bet it has a cam in it to lol.

The glyptal paint stood out to me...... Someone might have spent some time on this long block... I would check it over.... It might end up with a rebuild on an engine stand.... NOthing cooler than a few engines " rolling" around......
