Need help ID'ing and Intake Manifold

Can anyone tell me what kind of intake manifold this is? It has a Ford lower if that helps. I'm stumped.

ford truck lower, with a cartech upper....these have been around fora loooong time...the saleen/vortech intake used the same ford truck lower, and the Holley systemax lower is based off of the ford truck lower as well, it does flow more however...hope this helps.
