Need help now! header bolt removal Q

How in gods name do you remove the header bolt off of the #4 cylinder, it has that bracket running from one of the pipes attaching to the header bolt, and its completely blocking my way of getting anything on it; so please tell me how you do this.

conversely, when Im ready to reinstall the headers, how do I torque them down, there really dosent seem to be enough clearance to fit a torque wrench on them because of the actual header tubes

any help with any of this would be appreciated!

use a semi-deep 14mm socket (thats what i used) and to torque...just tighen them down pretty good then do it again after a couple of heat cycles.

I went thru the fenderwell plastic.......and when I had to replace the header gasket I said the hell with it and cut that bracket off.....havn't had an issue with it as of yet.....
