Need help! PLEASE HELP!

I really would like to race at my local drag strip this weekend its just since i did the battery relocation kit, i found out i am not legal anymore without a kill switch. So i bought a kill switch and have got it hooked up so that when the car is off and u hit the kill switch it wont start, but i cant figure out how to get it to kill the motor! What do i have to do to get it to kill the engine while its running, what wire going into the alternator needs to be spliced into? plz help, it would be awesome to get techd this wednesday and woop some ass on some of my friends who drive imports.

I may not be an expert on the track regulations, but I'm reasonably sure that you should use the kill switch to kill the fuel pump. This can be done easily by splicing into the wire that goes by the driver's side kick panel, its the dark green/yellow wire (hopefully your switch can handle high amperage, otherwise you'll have to wire in a relay). You could also wire this switch up to kill the coil as well by splicing into the red/light green wire coming from the 20A fuse under the dash (not sure what fuse # it is, you can look it up). This is just what I would do, others who have actually done a kill switch can chip in here and correct me if I'm wrong.

edit: I just looked up the fuse #, its #18 in this diagram:
