I just got my head back on and I'm adjusting the rockers... Well once I get them all tightened down and go back to check them, I can push down right above the pushrod and it will push the pushrod down a little bit then come back up... Kinda feels like I'm pushing on a spring. Whats wrong here and how can I fix it? I dont really know of any other way to explain it so sorry if it sounds confusing.

I haven't dug that far into my car yet, but seeing as there are hydaraulic lifters in there wouldn't that be normal ops, without the oil pressure to to pump up the lifter and take out the valvetrain slack? Like I said, haven't got that far yet, maybe someone else agrees? Good luck

Yea you will be able to push into the lifter while its empty of oil. Just be sure that you primed the motor before you adjusted the rockers.

That's normal. The lifters just aren't pumped up with oil yet. You're feeling the "hydraulic" in our hydraulic roller rockers.
