i own a 88 g.t. and i blew the head gasket on it not a big deal i already pulled it down to have the heads redone on it full valve job,seals,ect.....but my ? is while i have it down right now i wanted to put new injecters in it but not too sure if i can go from 19 stock to 24 ???? injecters since it is an air dinsity not a mass air can i go bigger yes or no.

There's no need to go bigger unless you have supporting mods to justify it. If you're returning a stock top end to the motor, use the stock injector set up.
