It keep saying my pic is to big to download, how can I decrease the size.

What image viewer are you using? See if it has an option to resize it or reduce the pixels.

If you have Windows XP, you can download the free power toy from Microsoft, ImageResizer.exe. Install this tool, then just right click on any image and choose 'resize pictures'. Couldn't be easier. Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/home/downloads/powertoys.asp
