need help!! what could be wrong?

i feel that my car is a little doggish when it gets warmed up. i have the fuel pressure at 39 at idle and 45 WOT. i did a fuel pressure test and driving around it vaired from 33-40. and WOT it varied from 41-45. i am going to do plugs on it tomorrow. when it runs for a minute or two and then i go to drive it, it spinds the hell out of the tires but after driving a bit it just wont even brake lose. i also have another question, under the intake there is a vacuum leak, so i plugged it and the car didnt wanna idle for anything, with it off it runs alright but idles at 1100, i was thinking maybe an IAC sensor. my mods include

Trick flow track heat intake
trick flow twisted wedge heads
trick flow stage 2 cam
dss pro bullet shortblock
bbk long tubes
bbk off road h pipe
borla catback w/ dumps
255 lph fuel pump
afpr
any help would be greatly appricated!

also i have the stock rad in it and cant tell if its running hot cuz i tihnk the gauge is broken, but il test that at work tomorrow, thanks guys!

yeah it does, thanks man, also my low coolant light sometimes comes on and the coolant level is fine.

well i just bought the car back, i did that setup about 3 years ago, and then i just wound up buying it back, its got 24 pound injectors.
