need help with a hesitation problem

When I drive my car normal I have a slight hesitation. When I get on the gas its accelerates with no problems. I just put a MSD distributor and new injectors in and that did not help. I think I might have a collapsed lifter and I was wondering if that might cause it? When I pull my upper intake off there is oil on the gasket. Is that odd or normal? I don't really see where the oil could come from other than the pvc valve.

definetly could be a bad pcv valve. replace it and replace the little screen right below it and see if that helps. oil in the intake means you are getting oil in the compression chamber.

The thing I forgot to mention is that every intake port has oil on the gasket arount the port. My car does not smoke or anything like that.
