building a 392 stroker motor I need to know what flywheel to get for my t5
so I can get the motor balanced. Any help is greatly appreciated

I'd just get a stock flywheel. Why are you replacing it? If the ring gear is beat up you can replace it. If the surface is rough you can machine it.

I would look into a billet aluminum flywheel (or steel if you prefer), they have zero, 28oz and 50oz weights included with them plus the have replaceable surface areas.

usually 351's use a 28ox imbalance. you will have to know what your rotating assembly is before you can choose which weight to go with. i would bet a 157t flywheel would do the trick.
