Electrical Need Help With Led Flasher

I have replaced almost every bulb in the car with a LED bulb:

Glove box, map lights, dome light, hatch light, tail lights, backup lights, rear turn signals.

I started working my way towards the front and I cannot figure out the front flasher.

I got the same flasher American Muscle shows in their kit. I tried an electronic flasher which was labeled LED and incandescent compatibility. I have tried two different brands of bulbs. I grounded the black square flashers down by the computer. The rear LEDs turn on fine. I cannot get anything to work in the front. I have also swapped the bulbs around because some LEDs go in only one way. I spent a few days searching and the only thing I found was a few users using led resistor, which I don't want to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

We need to determine that there are no problems with the stock setup before we chase rabbits trying to fix the LED setup.

Do the stock incandescent bulbs work OK for all positions on the turn signal?
Do the stock bulbs flash at a steady rate
Do they flash at a consistent rate from one side to the other - not one side slow and the other fast?
