Need Help With Wiring

So I have a 1983 fox that was a 4cyl auto and is now a 302 manual that I picked up from a guy and in my interior there’s some wires dangling in driver footwell that look important with a big plug coming off them attached to a black box. I have no turn signals, gauge lights, or working sound fr radio and I’m wondering if anyone knows what this plug is or where it plugs in. There’s no obvious spot under dash.

and as for the other stuff not working, I'd bet since this was just left dangling that the person before you didn't plug much in. I'd say it's time to start taking the dash apart to see what's plugged in and what isn't.

Yep, that’s what I figured. Tracked down the turn signals to the fuse box being unplugged partially and trying to figure out where that box plugs in to. Next step is taking dash apart. Thank you!
