need help, wrecked mustang

i bought a 2002 gt wrecked and it needs a new k-member and front sway bar. if someone could give me some advice of what to get, i would greatly appreciate it. the car has longtubes on it, which im not sure which brand, but i could surely snap a picture for ya sometime. what all is involved in installing a k-member? i dont have to pull the motor, do i? can't i just jack it up? or? also i was looking into getting a kit that has tubular a arms and swaybar, as well as coilovers. what does everyone recommend with the least fitment issues. i have a few novice mustang friends to help me install it, but none have purchased a k-member before.
