I have a 91 GT that i just acquired through a trade. It has a ford racing block, gt-40 heads, E-303 cam, 1.6 rockers. everything in the motor is new and only has about 7k since the rebuild. Well the problem is it will not rev past 4900 rpm. It starts sputtering and missing almost like a rev limiter. It is not showing any codes and has new O2 sensors because it was running lean(code 91) but that is fixed, i think. The car runs strong, but it won't rev like its supposed to.
