I have a 91 hatch converted to carburetor I'm going to be using stock pistons, stage. 1 trickflow cam 180 cc 58 cc aluminum heads roller rocker am I going to be good on clearance ?

I assume you meant will you have sufficient piston to valve clearance? Who knows? what brand heads and what size valves. are the heads milled. what head gasket, what ratio rockers, what length pushrods.

Ask yourself this, do you want to find out you you don't have enough clearance by mocking it all up with the proper ptv tool and lifter, or do you want to slap it all together based on what someone tells you over the internet and pray your pistons don't smack your valves. It is not hard to check for proper PTV clearance. Do a search for it.

I have flow tek heads 1.94 intake 1.54 exhaust 1.6 rockers I still need to measure pushrod length I guess I was just curious if I could get away with my set up wih stock pistons
