so i am looking for a new head unit and all i find are units that are compatible with the ipod. i called up pioneer and talked with them and they said their units only work with the ipod, but not the ipod touch or the iphone. i need one that works with the iphone. i heard that kenmore made some, but there was no mention of model number.

anyone know what is a reasonably priced head unit that works with the iphone?

Do you just want to listen to the music from your iphone, or do you want to be able to control it with the deck?

i will see if i can find the article again that i read last night. but basically just control the music from the iphone. but when there is an incoming call it mutes the music until the call is over.

i was told that this one does that, but it doesn't list it. everything is ipod compatible.

you'll need a bluetooth device then! that will do both the music and the calls.

Im sure your talking bluetooth. I had that deck your looking at and it worked well but the volume when your speaking is a little low for the person on the other end and I had talk louder then normal. The only way it can control a Iphone is if the Iphone has the same docking connector as an ipod.
