My 89 GT is in the body shop. I am getting the lower titanium redone. Can someone tell me what the correct paint code is for this so the body shop can order paint? Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to avoid them making it up from scratch. Last question is what is the sheen supposed to be? I have looked for this information in the past but I have seen conflicting information so I am not sure.

Need a paint code

I have a 1987 5.0 GT. Typical 2 tone, mine is the dark charcoal up top and the silver lower. I know a lot of the two tone cars of that era had different color uppers, but that lower silver I believe to always be the same. I picked up a ABS chin spoiler from Makers Garage and want to paint it...

Now the question is what was the factory sheen? Gloss or satin/flat? I need to tell the body shop on Monday what I decide

I have seen pictures both gloss and flat. Any help would be appreciated.

According to LMR the finish is SATIN.

I am going by the item description for their two-tone titanium paint that they sell which states it’s the proper factory color in a satin finish.
See attached screenshot from their advertisement regarding 1989 titanium two-tone paint.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I went with the satin. It has been a busy last few weeks for me but I am hopefully going to pick up my car tomorrow morning. Then the reassembly begins.
