10" is too wide, unless your going for the 70's look all jacked up in the back.8" is what i have and its fine.

15x8's will work just fine with the stock suspension.

Do what you want to do, afterall it is your car. FYI though, plenty of companies now make 9" wide rims...it may be a nice way to 'bridge the gap' so to speak

I had built a 65 fastback 2+2 long a go with Cragar SS 15 x 10s . I will find that photo and post it. Looked real cool I thought.
Still have it to.

I've got 17 x 11 Smoothies on the back of my '66 vert...but that is all under the sheetmetal [and not on the car at present...MUCH work to do]. Basically I just have this DEEEEEP looking wheel w/ narrowed 9" rear.
