I REALLY want STEEDA Ultra Light (gen 1) wheels for the stang. I'd be going with 18x9 chrome steeda wheels all around. However i REALLY want wider tires in the back. And i know that STEEDA's Ultra Light wheels really just duplicated the 00 Cobra R wheels

So if you have 17 or 18x9 00 Cobra R wheels, post them please If i can get some 18x10.5 00 Cobra R's in chrome that would be sweet. Please post pics of Steeda Ultra Lights AND/OR 00 Cobra R wheels in whatever sizes you have, and let me know.

Thanks guys, let me know what you think.

I HAVE Y2K COBRA WHEELS. CHROME 18X9.5 ALL THE WAY AROUND DIRECT FROM FORD MOTORSPORT. THE AFTERMARKET ONES ARE 18X9 NOT THE 9.5 WIDE. I LIKE THEM. U DONT SEE THEM MUCH.

Steeda rims are the sexiest of them all. They're 17x9. I'd like the 18" but 17x9 looks fine.

YES THANK YOU! Thats what im talking about. Looks good, ok thanks a lot man

As for you guys posting the 95-98 Cobra R's...i dont like the 95-98 cobra R's. I had them on my 98GT but i dont think they look good on the 99+ stangs. They are also a real PITB to clean sometimes More pics of 2000 Cobra R wheels would be helpful. Thanks a lot DELTABOXR for the pics though!

DELTABOXR, where did you get those wheels from? replicawheels.com? or tirerack or afswheels?

EDIT: Anyone know where i can get some Y2k Cobra R wheels or STEEDA Ultra Lights in 18x9 for the front and 18x10.5 or 10" for the rear?

Only bad thing about Steeda's rims is that they're all 9" wide so you're restricted to 285 at the max in the rear for the 18". However you may be able to fit some 305/35/18 Nitto DR's on the 9" since the Nitto runs narrow.

yeah i was afraid there was nothing bigger than 18x9.5 in the Y2K Cobra So i guess i'll get the 4 18x9 STEEDA Ultra Lights Since i like them the best. The 9.5" rear on the y2k probably isn't worth the bother.
