need pictures of wheel/ tire combo fox 5 lug

I have a 1984 convertible with a 95 5 lug conversion on the front. I am currently running 03 cobra wheels with 275/40/17 tires. They rub quite a bit and I am looking to go to a 245/45/17 or a 255/40/17 tire. Does anyone have pictures of this combo on a fox with 9 in wheels? I do not want the car to look wimpy. Please help.

All of the wheel tire combos posted look great. My statement was misunderstood. I want to know if a 245 tire looks right on a 9 inch rim. Mustangs with 245's were spec'd with 8 inch rims.

Don't put 245's on a 9" wheel. It's too small and looks funny. 255's are the smallest i'd go on that size wheel.

99 Cobra's in the rear and OZ Monte Carlo's in the front. The rears are 245/45/17 and the fronts are 255/40/17. I was just testing to see if my auto-x slicks rubbed on the front, so no, I do not roll with bigger tires up front and mismatched rims.

Yeah, and don't put 225's on an 8 inch wheel.
Found that out with my snow tires.

Thanks for the info and pics. I think I will go with the 255 since I am running a 9 inch rim. Most of the Pics with 245's appear to be on 8 inch rims.
