doesnt seem too bad. The 99+ cobra stuff brand new costs about $600 for the fronts and doesnt include the spindles etc.

Nope. Too much. $250-300 i'd consider it.

The Mach 1 kit is $350 and that's complete with brand new 40x40 calipers, brembo rotors and stainless lines. Track down a set of spindles for $100 and you basically have all new stuff for not much more (not including shipping)

The 94 Cobra rotors are made by valeo i beleive and the calipers are 38x38. The rotors are not as good as the OEM Brembos used on the 99+ Mustangs.

http://www.buyfordracing.com/shop/index.php?cPath=6 has good prices on the new stuff.

I don't think it's worth $400.

The spindles alone are $100-150ish, but 50K mile used rotors aren't worth it. The calipers don't make up the difference in my mind.

Like i said, if he goes down to $250-300 i might consider it, but i wouldn't be happy with the rotors

5L5 makes a good point, I didnt know you could pick up that kit so cheap, i was going off americanmuscle.com's pricing. It would be cheaper to go that route than to buy new brakes + used spindles so if you're tight for money than it might be worth it, but otherwise i'd much rather have new brake parts since its not somehting you really want to take chances with
