How do I compress the piston on the rear brake calipers? The new pads are too thick, I can't get the caliper/pad over the rotor. I tried a c-clamp, it worked on the front, but the rears don't want to compress. Are they the screw in type? Need help fast!

This has been covered several times on this board, my friend. With your post count, I would've thought you could've searched and found it pretty quick. :) To answer your question, the rears are the screw-in type. You can try using pliers or modifying one of the genenric tools at the parts stores. Napa Auto has a Ford-specific tool, but I haven't used it yet so I don't know how well it works.

lol, that was my friend posting earlier. I told him not to worry about it, I'd find it in a minute, but oh well. I did a search and found what I was looking for, but he had already posted, lol.

I couldn't get the rear piston to compress, so I said screw it, I'm running out of time anyway, and put the old ones back in. They still had plenty of pad left, damn near close to the new ones. It was just the fronts that needed it, but I figured I'd do all 8 at the same time, oh well.
