Need rear louver hinges!!!

I need rear louver hinges for my hatchback 78 mustang, they are metal louvers. Does anyone have any hinges, installation ideas to rig it up if i cant find any, or any idea or connection i might be able to find them? please help any idea is welcome!!

Louver hinges

I have a rear louver assembly with hinges that has been in storage since the mid 80's. Would you consider taking the complete unit?
