Need setup advice for belt with FR A/C delete and Vortech

I am trying to switch from the crappy looking March A/C delete that sets the tensioner in the upright position to the Ford Racing delete kit that moves the steering pump up and allows me to put the tensioner on the blower bracket where it belongs. My problem is I have narrowed it down to 2 different belt sizes but one size is too big and the next size is too small. I have the smog pump, alt., water pump and steering pump of course. I have seen a similar setup in the magazine but it wasn't a very good picture as it was just an ad. Someone has to have this same setup that can give me an idea as to what to do. If I go any smaller I would have to unbolt the top of the steering pump squeeze the smaller belt on and then pry the pump over enough to get the bolt back in and don't really want to do that. I would have a feeling it would be too much tension and cause some premature wear and would probably not need the tensioner to keep the belt from sqeeling. Any help would be great.

That was one of the issues I had with my vortech causing me to get pissed and sell it before finishing the install. Your gonna need a larger power steering pulley and a smaller water pump pulley from a 93 cobra for it to work. Some get it to work and others have to swap pulleys.

Where would I find a larger steering pulley? I have the March pulley for steering right now, but I am sure it is same as stock. I am running the stock water pump pulley. The Cobra one is smaller than that? Also I am going to be swapping out the Edelbrock pump for the Meziere electric pump with the idler pulley to retain the stock belt config. Any idea if that is a different size?
