I just installed my tweecer on the eec and was wondering if it needed to be mounted or could it just be stuffed in the pass. side cubby......I notice it had a grounding screw and metal tab on the plastic holder but with the tweecer on I cant get it back in the plastic holder........so do I leave it naked and throw it back in or do I try and modify the case to mount it back what do ya think

I remounted my PCM back where it belongs, drilled two small holes inside my glove box to run the USB cable and to mount the switch. Clean, you don't see anything unless you open the glove box, even then all you see is a USB cable and a switch knob.

i couldnt get my EEC back into the correct location, i just stuck it up there carefully and it doesnt move around at all and its fine.

i also keep my switch box and USB cable in the glove box. but i didnt drill holes like Fett did, i just simply routed the cables over the top of the back of the compartment.

I busted the crap out of the stock white bracket and wedged the ecu into place.

I ran the usb under the dash, and along/under the center console.
The switch box cable is just long enough to reach the little storage arm rest.
The usb cable is still long enough to plug my laptop into in the passenger seat.

I move the tuner between 2 cars, so it needs to be easy to pull out.
