i was sitting on the toilet looking through a mustangs unlimited catalog and came across the wheels/centercaps section. i was looking at the magnum 500 caps like i have and saw this note.
*this cap is unique to the Boss 429 magnum 500 wheel. they are much taller then the standard wheel centercap....
i bought a set of 4 magnum 500s from my parts dealer. said they came off of a 69 mustang. ALL 4 had the "tall" centercaps. my question is. is theere a way of telling if a centercap is orginal or reproduction? IF they are orginal along with the orginal wheels, are these worth quite abit of money?
