I have the Haynes manual with all the codes and the test procedures, but I'm confused as to how to decipher these codes. Could you guys take a look at this vid and help me out plz? The first test is obviously KOEO and second is KOER. Sorry, I didn't take the time to crop the video, but you can tell what's going on pretty easily. The scanner I used has both audio and visual indicators. The video is about 5 megs in WMV format. Thanks.

KOEO:
Present codes:

511 - IAT sensor open circuit
113 - EEC ROM test fail (you probably have a chip, so don't worry about this one)

Continuous Memory codes:

113 - IAT sensor open circuit

KOER:

998 - Hard fault present (not sure what this means, could also be a chip issue)
113 - IAT sensor open circuit

Looks like you have a fault in the IAT sensor circuit. Is it plugged in properly?

Intake Air Temperature sensor. Haynes might reffer to it as the ACT (Air Charge Temperature sensor). The stock location is between the throttle body and the mass airflow sensor. I'm not sure where its moved to on a supercharged car

Yeah that thing was an annoyance, but better than a multimeter and jumpering I guess. Anyway, I inspected my tube before the MAF, and low and behold, I found a port for what I think is the IAT on the bottom of the piece of tubing after it exits the intercooler. The sensor was in there and the wires were cut. I guess I'll order a new one, but I can't figure out where the wires should've connected. Of course, that was just a cursory glance.

Anyway, how much does this affect my drivability and gas mileage?
