So it seems that the t-45 in car is finally on its way out. A buddy of mine has a rebuilt 3650 sitting around that he decided not to put in his car due to him upgrading to a TKO unit. I was wondering what it would require/take to do the swap as in new driveshaft, shifter, etc. Also, what would be a fair price to offer him on a rebuilt 3650? Thanks for any help.

It's a very simple swap, just have to move the transmission crossmember a bit. No need for new driveshaft or spacers or anything like that. You will need a 3650 shifter though. I've done the swap in a 97 cobra for a friend, but never in a new edge, so I'm not quite exactly what is involved in the trans mount, but I do know it has to be moved a couple inches back. Try running a search, there are a couple people who have done it already - and probably some articles elsewhere if you Google it
