Need some help please.

So I have no idea how the heck this happened can anybody help me out with this? What I need how to fix is it possible to fix? Thanks guys

Idk if im blind or what, but I don't see anything wrong lol. Put the gas cap on?

If you look around the fill tube you can see its broken all around. So I can pretty much see the floor while pumping gas.

Ohhhh haha ya now I see it. You can get that bucket that the filler neck bolts to. Just grab one from the junkyard. You will need to pull the filler neck out completely, so wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the filler neck grommet on the gas tank. You will also need to take the fuel door off as those 2 bolts are also holding it in. And depending on what kind of body style you have you may need to remove the interior panel as you need to pull it out through the truck/hatch.
