Alright so im new to car forums lol
but i have some questions
ive got a 1994 mustang gt with the 5.0 and i was wanting some advice on the best bang for my buck mods
im not very old and dont have a whole lot of cash so i wanted to maybe look into cold air intakes, gears, maybe some suspension.
if you could leave me some websites or advice i would appreciate it greatly
thanks:

This should be under tech not tuning.

But your best bang for the buck mods are:

Performance: Gears, CAI/UD Pulleys/Intake, Exhaust... I felt each of these.

Chassis: Springs, Shocks/Struts, Bushings, Tires(/wheels)

Looks: Keep it ugly... :D

Subframe connectors are cheap and offer greatly improved handling.

pullies, gears, bump the timing to 14*...learn to drive it.

bang for the buck...at least out of the gate to get you a time. Put a bottle on it. for under $600 I pieced together a (used) n2o kit and a msd digital6+ (new). Went 13.1 @ 107 on the stock longblock, shocked a few cars with that setup.

Hello and Welcome to 94-95 :SNSign:

We have talked about basic mods
and
Kicked around the best bang for the buck mods many times

You could get a lot of good ... basic ... Knowledge with the search feature ;)

But basically ... gears are one of the best ones :nice:

Just a tid bit of general info as I see it :D

Bolt-ons are easy to install but give a sucky gain for the buck spent :bang:

Exhaust mods sound cool but also give sucky gains :(
however
The OEM 4 cat mid pipe is a real restriction :Word:

On a stocker or nearly stock Stang ... these mods are almost a waste :notnice:

roller rockers
throttle body
meter
Ignition (BIG TIME no gain mod)

For a nice gain you will feel

I like to do an intake like OEM Cobra or aftermarket Edel/TFS

On a cool evening ... a good bang for the buck mod is a home made cai which
can be done for 20 bux or so if you are resourceful ... then ... put a K&N on
the end of the pipe for an additional small gain

See ya around on the site :D
