Sorry, but your post was a bit unclear. You said you got a repair harness, but you didn't say if you needed the switch too.
If you're replacing an existing harness, this should be obvious - there's only one harness under the steering column that can be for the multi-function switch. It leads to a plug under the dash below the steering column.
94 and I think early 95 models do NOT have that connector (my 94 does not), so you'll have to splice the wires to put the connector in. If only the plastic connector is broken yet the wires are OK, you may have more success by popping each of the wire connectors out of the plastic plug. There's a clip holding the crimped connector into the plastic connector itself - if you can get a small flat-head screwdriver into that clip, the crimped connector will just slide out and you can plug it into the new plastic plug. I've done this several times; it's possible, but a bit of a PITA.
