Skip the dyno tune unless you get headers or cams. Most mods don't really need or benefit from it.
Go fast mods - gears, headers, cams, plenum, throttle body, exhaust midpipe, catback, handheld tuner
Go straight mods - subframe connectors, new springs/shocks, lower/upper control arms, panhard bar
Other good ones - shifter (makes a huge difference), rims, and lots of decals! VTEC BABY!
