Need some info

I found someone selling a brand new TFS Stage 2 Cam TFS-51402001 286/294,lift 542/563 for $75. Would I be able to use this with the stock heads? I have a B cam now but I want some thing that loops a little more and sounds more agressive. I not looking for big power gains just better sound, so can I use it?

You will need to check your piston to valve clearance with this cam definately. It might be beyond the tolerance for stock heads. You'll also need to upgrade you valve springs in order to keep up with this cam.
