Hey everybody, picked up a nitrous kit on here for 200 bucks but its missing a couple parts. Its a nos kit with NX solenoids and a purge kit. Here is my first dilemma is the wiring size. To the noids what gauge should I be using? I have read everything from 12 to like 16. What about for the switches? I have heard like 18 but I am not sure! My other question involves what jets to get 100 and 125 rwhp shots. Its a nos nozzle and I have heard that on their shots they are flywheel hp but there has to be a way to get their rwhp number. I am gonna run a 100 rwhp shot then pick up a aviator pump, tune and plugs to run a 125 shot!

I belive I did 14 gauge for everything on my nitrous kit, switches and all.

If NOS or whoever rates their kits at flywheel and you are wanting a 100rwhp shot, then jet it for a 125 flywheel shot.

14 gauge wire will be your best bet; I use it to install everything in the system. Keeps it simple!

Start out with a .051 Nitrous & a .034 Fuel for a 100 shot & .065 Nitrous & .038 Fuel for a 125. Keep in mind jetting estimates are just that. Depending on A/F ratio & how your plugs read, a fuel jet adjustment may be needed. These estimate are on the safe side & will get you started in the right direction!

Regardless of shot size, I'd recommend at least running NGK TR6 gapped at .035". The fuel pump is definately a good idea, & if your existing one is suspect, I wouldn't recommend spraying until you get it swapped out.

Thanks guys, Its overkill to do 14 on the switches but its the safest for sure. Hopefully the 25 feet of red will be enough for all the switches. I think I am going to run a button and a wot switch so I can feather it
