but I'm not biased. Can't say I really like the Prostars on it either. It may be how far they are tucked in the rear fender-wells though.

Another vote for painted mirrors, and not so much on the pro stars.

Blacked out A-pillar - No

Painted mirrors - Yes

Pro-Stars - only for the track... keep the Cobra's for on the street.

But on a more serious note i havent been working on the tune because of the windshield. Should have that in by next week. I picked up some self etching to prevent rust around the new windshield. So while i was spraying i was considering the A pillar that is all

Painted mirrors.

Pro Stars for the track, keep the Cobra wheels for the street. But I'm biased.

Trying to trade the cobras strait up for prostars. I want the 4'' width upfront so i can run a slightly larger tire.

Agreed that pro-stars don't look right on a convertible for the street.

Painted mirrors look great.

I think they look great. I like the look of my car with ProStars on it over my Cobra Rs. However, they aren't that practical for the street. They are definately a drag rim, no doubt about it. It's tough to find someone who can balance them, because they have to be done on a bubble balance. They are also pretty weak, and your everyday potholes can bend them. If you reside yourself to having a drag style Mustang, then go for it. If it were me, I would wait until you can afford to but a set straight up, and have them in addition to your Cobra Rs.
