I cant fault him.... would YOU tell your girlfriend what power you made if you were in a weaker car? its a pride thing. just rest in the fact you can tear him up with a handfull of mods, and then there will be nothing he can do about it..... ever. girlfriend has an RSX... but she knows her place

I'd say do gears also. Cams are nice, but they are a lot more expensive. Gears will probably be my next mod.

you could save your money towards the blower. Or you could buy a 100 shot wet kit mid 12's all day loooooong

make sure you take it to the track... if he's a typical ricer, he'll want to race from a 40mph roll in rush-hour traffic. Oh and for the record, chicks w/ V8 stangs give me the butterflies lol

Ahhh I am so confused......So another person told me that if I blow it with 3.73's, it will preform like stock on 4.11's???
And I have a few doubts about smoking him THAT badly.........stock srt 0-60 in 5.6, mustang 6.3.....plus mine has the added weight of the convertable, and we both have minor mods.....
ARG I WANT THAT SUPERCHARGER...............

Bottom line....go with 3.73 gears, so that you can add the blower later and still be able to launch. If you did 4.10's you would burn a lot more rubber. Don't take anyones word for it, just strap those suckers in and hit a green light. Guarantee you will be mightily impressed! The one thing you want to make sure of is to retune your computer so that it resets the speedo for you. If you want to go cheeeeeep go on ebay and get a Superchips tuner. If you want something thats usable and will gain you some more ponies get an sct xcalibrator.....it allows you to re-tune your a/f ratios and some other settings to boost your horsepower.

It sounds like a plan..........gears don't cost much, it's the install I'm worried about!
Oh and I already have a superchips tuner!
