Need Spring Help From EVERYONE please!!!!

I need everyones help with finding a tool that let's me change my valvesprings with the motor in the car. I have an 03' GT and need some help please!!!! Thanks everyone

there's a couple models available. Snap-on makes one that's badasss, you can also get one at Kragen/Checker/Schucks. Just ask them for the screw type. They're both still a pain in the arse to use.

I used it but was PITA so get a ford valve spring tool
