Can anyone recommend where I can purchase a stainless(not aluminum) carb heat shield that I can install under my carb to block the open exhaust crossover groove on the manifold?(see photo)

I want to prevent the following:
"The factory 1970 Ford 351C 4V cast-iron manifold has an open exhaust crossover groove/channel cast directly into the mounting pad (running across the front of the carb primary holes). Its original purpose was to funnel scorching exhaust gases under the factory Autolite 4300 to warm it in cold weather.

- The Hazard: If you use an open single-bore gasket or an aftermarket square-bore spacer that is even slightly too narrow, this exhaust channel will not be sealed off.
- The Result: The engine will either pull raw, blazing-hot exhaust gases directly into the intake plenum (causing lean running, surging, and severe backfiring), or suck false outside air in, creating a massive vacuum leak. In extreme cases, raw exhaust heat can melt or warp the baseplate of an aluminum carburetor. "
