Wondering if nebody on here has dealt with helping someone from a state that require titles get a title for a car by living in a no title state and selling the car to each other with Bill of sale to obtain a title. This car is not stolen and I have the title just cannot contact the original owner possibly died lol. But my state has nothing for this situation and will not help me other than saying he needs to sign the title. If someone has any info at all this would be greatly appreciated.
