Need to get heads ported....

Any suggestions on where to get this done? I lost touch with David that lives in Panama City, Fl. I know he does P&P work. If anyone knows how to get a hold of him, let me know

Theres a number of places that does P&P work on cylinder heads. VT Engines, Fox-Lake, FOMPK Motorsports, Houston performance, Powerheads, and probably others. I'de try contacting Scott at VT Engines first and see what he can do. Their work is expensive but top notch from what I've seen.

There is also a guy named Jason Steen whose name comes up on Modular Depot quite often. His work is supposed to be top-notch.

yea fox lake racing is pretty good....but all porting for these modular heads are like 1200 which is way too much if you ask me. most companies want this kind of $$ plus your stock heads.

Ever looked at doing a head swap? I have heard that Patriot Performance carries a great stage1 and stage 2 head. I know a guy who bought a set through summit from them.

i got a pair of patriot heads, stage 2 port n polish, oversized SS valves, 5 angle valve job, high rev springs and retainers, completely assembled (not including cams) for $1295 from Texas Speed and Performance. Plus I got free shipping and there is no core charge. The heads flow 5 cfm less on both intake and exhaust than the fox lake heads do.. but I couldnt justify spending double for 5 cfm.

I already have heads, cams, springs, retainers,etc. just want the P&P work. It's probably to much hassle to sell my stuff then buy more.
